The internet is fucked at the hotel - it has been so since Thursday evening, and it doesn't seem like the internet suppliers are doing much to restore the connection. I was told Friday afternoon that they had figured out it was a problem with a router (wow! It took me less than 5 minutes with a command prompt to reach the same conclusion!), but actually doing something about it seems to take a little longer. Apparently it's difficult to change a router. It's almost like being at work...
I am writing updates for every day, so when I finally get my netbook online again there'll be plenty to read. Until then please have patience.
